The Objective of this on-demand learning is to equip our OPN partners with rich content that will give them the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills using the different tracks to address their own business priorities.
The FY18 Partners Immersion Training is organized into tracks from which you will be able to access over 20 Guided Learning Paths (GLP). Tracks include:

|Persona: How to speak to your buyers|
|Solution: How to position & sell Oracle solutions|
|Industry: How to extend sales in your target industry|
|Coaching: How to coach for optimal sales performance|
The first track is the Oracle Cloud Story, which is the best training to start with the Partner Immersion. In this track you will hear directly from Oracle executive leadership and gain a better understanding of the depth and breadth of Oracle solutions across Cloud Applications (SaaS), Cloud Platform (PaaS/IaaS), and Converged Infrastructure. You will hear first hand about the incredible opportunities that lie ahead of us this fiscal year and the complete Oracle Cloud Story – messaging that you can share with customers to help them successfully navigate their journey to Cloud.
You can then go through the Persona track to understand your customers or buyers better and then dive into the Solutions track to better understand how to position the benefits of the Oracle solutions. Finally complete the Industry track to tailor your knowledge further. Last, but definitely not least, effective coaching is a key skill for meeting individual, team, and corporate goals and is the focus of our Manager Track for Immersion. This track will arm managers with a number of foundational coaching skills that can be used immediately to coach for optimum performance.
By speaking the same language as internal sales consultants, communicating a consistent message, and differentiating the competitive advantage of Oracle solutions, we will greatly accelerate our cloud growth in the coming year.
