Learn about Restaurant Loyalty Programs at the 2017 New England Food Show

Shannon Straub
Field Marketing Specialist

Oracle Hospitality will be exhibiting at the upcoming New England Food Show, which is taking place February 26-28th at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

Produced by the National Restaurant Association, the New England Food Show offers many informative educational sessions, entertaining culinary demos, and of course a chance for attendees to meet and network with industry suppliers.

Oracle Hospitality will be leading an educational session at this year’s show. Tim Pincelli, Global Segment Leader Restaurants, will be discussing findings from our recently released report, Recipe for Engagement: Essential Ingredients for a Restaurant Loyalty Program. The findings look at loyalty program adoption, popular loyalty rewards and factors that lead to program withdrawal. In this session attendees will learn why restaurant operators should implement a loyalty program and what elements must be included in order to create a successful program.
