Innovation Week Designed to Accelerate Solutions for the New Next

Luis Weir
Director, Integrations and APIs Strategy, Oracle Hospitality

The need to innovate hotel operations for a new marketplace – altered by emerging health safety regulations and escalating guest demands – has never been more apparent.

That’s why Oracle Hospitality is hosting Innovation Week, beginning Monday, June 22.

A series of virtual events and webinars, the online offering invites partners to join Oracle integration experts for an unprecedented dialogue: to explore the best ideas for hospitality solutions and find pathways to make them a reality.

As much as Oracle invests in R&D to make emerging technologies native to its solutions, it’s equally committed to building a premier partner ecosystem to rapidly incorporate best-of-breed solutions, regardless of their origin. Providing hoteliers both assures faster speed-to-market, greater return on investment, and improved adaptability to whatever may come next.

With executing such goals in mind, Innovation Week’s agenda features presentations highlighting Oracle technology developments and processes, and interactive forums. The program’s objectives are to inform partners about: Oracle Hospitality’s integration initiatives and capabilities, customers’ technology needs, and Oracle Partner Network membership.

Among the key sessions:

  • The New World of Hospitality with Contactless Operations (will include an exclusive preview of a soon-to-be-released study – conducted by Skift Research and commissioned by Oracle Hospitality – examining hotelier and guest perspectives about an industry recovery)
  • Review of OWS and OXI integration interfaces to connect with OPERA
  • Available Integration Points for Simphony
  • Overview of open APIs
  • Enrollment for Oracle PartnerNetwork and the Cloud Marketplace
  • Introduction to Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform

In addition, Innovation Week will host three hours of “open office” daily – at 9:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. (all EST) – to field any additional questions from participants.

Registration is now open! Please visit the Oracle Hospitality Week site to register, view the agenda, and learn more about the event.
