    Hi Grant,

very interesting posting! Could we deduce from that another strategy for the future of oracle forms? In the latest SOD we read the recommendation to switch to ADF or APEX, even if the product forms is still provided in 12c and further on.

Such a widely called job offer suggest other plans, isn't it?

More than that, I tend to make a bid ;-)

    Ciao Stephan La Rocca

Stephan, read every copy of the SOD you can find. We have never told customers to switch to ADF or APEX. We give people options and we've position the tools according to customer needs, but we have never said that you should switch off of Forms to APEX, ADF or anything else.

And of course, I welcome anyone to apply for the post.

    thanks

Tried to apply under Oracle's irecruitment.oracle.com, but the page just goes blank after I enter my username and password.

Joe, there was a problem when the posting went out - can you try again. Also, ensure you are NOT SSO'd into anything else, I've heard this as a reported problem.

    Hello Joe,

I cannot believe that Oracle is actually looking to move forward the best 4gl tool for enterprise developers.

Unfortunatelly the "here" link is not working....

    Is this offer still open?
