Pau on the NetBeans Platform

By: Geertjan Wielenga | Product Manager
The latest NetBeans Platform training is happening in the south of France, in a place called Pau, with a view on the Pyrenees. The students are from EISTI, which is the technical college that is hosting the training:

Above the students are hard at work creating a "LowercaseFilter" (implementation of a "WordFilterInterface") for their word editors. (If you've taken the course before, you'll know exactly what that means.)

The organizer of the course is Fabrice Irie (second left in the pic above), who is porting EasyTopo to the NetBeans Platform.

Pau in Portuguese can mean bug. So imagine how catchy the title for this post is...

:-) Maybe it's time for a NetBeans Platform training in Portugal (and in Brazil)?

Yes, it's time to come to Brazil :P

"Pau on the NetBeans Platform" sounds like "Bug on the NetBeans Platform" :)

If I say "Deu pau no meu programa" I am saying "My program had a bug".
