You need to install a recent development build of the 6.9 "Web" or "All" distribution. I think this sample would be even better if it were to be part of the "Java SE" distribution.
I "installed" the Maven CRUD Sample on the NetBeans Platform in NetBeans IDE 6.9 AFTER installing Maven 3.0 to c:\\apache-maven-3.0 and AFTER adjusting my PATH. I set the OPTIONS to see the Maven installation and restarted the IDE.
I was able to create the Maven "project" and the three modules and will CLEAN and BUILD but it will not RUN.
Also looking on NetBeans.org for documentation.
I currently dont understand what I am missing ?
netbeans maven support still is in its baby's steps.
I have been struggling to get something going for several weeks I cant make it work. This is frustrating
Your comments in this blog are in its baby steps, too. I have no clue whatsoever about what is going wrong. So I cannot help you. This is frustrating.
Something strange about maven here or strang about the config.the Viewer seems not to see the dbaccess project.I get the following statement.
Warning - could not install some modules: VYN - The module named is.zanzibar.MavenCrud.dbaccess was needed and not found.
You can see where the source code is found, just compare it with your own.
