UNHCR Refugee Assistance Management System

The UNHCR Refugee Assistance Management System (RAMS) is an application for managing refugee assistance between the UNHCR and its partners in urban areas. Features such as a dashboard of the available budget and management of assistance based on refugee roles are provided. The first deployment of the application will be in the UNHCR regional office in Kinshasa, together with a deployment at the site of a UNHCR partner planning to implement the related refugee assistance.

I guess the graphs are in jGraph. I'm curious about the first screen, do you have a tutorial to do something like that?

For the Graph is not JGraph, but JFreeChart 1.0.13 and for first page, is just the JPanel with some Java 2D code in paintComponent and Miglayout

Wich Java L&F are You using for "no-Netbeans" tabs?

The DockingFrames ( http://dock.javaforge.com ) simulate a lot of L&F for tab, you must just choose the right theme for to change the presentation of your tab. I use the Eclipse theme (http://dock.javaforge.com/dockingFrames_v1.1.0/doc/index.html) for my Tab.

how can you use DockingFrames with JPanel parent(on top of NetBaens TopComponent Window) instead of JFrame (as all of the provided DockingFrames's samples)?
Thanks a lot.
