...except that, unfortunately, it is an absolutely awful book for someone who is new to Netbeans Platform development. The author frequently mentions concepts and classes that he hasn't yet covered, but writes as if the reader is already supposed to know about them. The English translation is absolutely terrible. Just a horrible book.
