Rating & Billing on the NetBeans Platform

PowerRate, by Orange Objects in W├╝rzburg, Germany, is a rating & billing framework created on top of the NetBeans Platform:

Among its many features, unsurprisingly, is this: "Extensions to the system can be realised via plugins without the need to recompile the system. The plugin-interface is open and can be realised by the producer, system integrator or operator."
