Preview Functionality for iText Integration in NetBeans IDE

I've expanded the iText integration so that now, when you make a selection in the Page Format part of the Options window extension, you get immediate feedback—for example here, below, I've selected "Continuous - Left Facing" from the Page Layout drop-down and I've checked the "Toolbar" checkbox... and immediately, as I make a selection, a small image is shown, reflecting all the current selections:

I haven't completely implemented everything yet in this area, but the basic infrastructure is done. And all the checkboxes have their preview functionality working correctly. Now I've "just" got to make a lot of new pictures for all the remaining states...
