NetBeans Platform on Mars

I'm trying to port the JSR-296 "Mars Rover Viewer" application that is distributed as a sample with NetBeans IDE...

...to a Maven-based NetBeans Platform application. Some progress can be shown already:

There are a lot of very powerful tools in NetBeans IDE for Maven-based NetBeans Platform development, such as this hint right inside the Java editor...

...which leads straight here, so I can set the required dependency very easily:

Wish me luck as I move the NetBeans Platform to Mars...

Maven Dependency Hint has nice story, When I was working with milos on mevenide2 project (before merge maven support to Netbeans source repository ) You wrote article about How to write Java Hints in Netbeans. Then I got Idea and way to add Dependency Hint feature.Your article about hints make it possible :-).

Default NetBeans Module projects should have this feature as well. So many interesting projects to do, but only limited amount of time to spend :-(
