First Release of JOnAS Plug-in for NetBeans!

NetBeans engineer Stepan Herold has created and open sourced JOnbAS, the JOnAS plug-in for NetBeans! Hurray. The features are as follows:

  • Starting and stopping the server
  • Java and JSP debugging
  • Generating the default server specific deployment descriptors
  • Deploying, undeploying the Web, EJB and EAR modules
  • Browsing the deployed WAR, EJB and EAR modules

To get started with JOnbAS, go here: http://jonbas.sourceforge.net/

Note that this is the first alpha build of this plug-in and that the project is looking for developers and testers! Could that be you?
