Is it time to migrate your Oracle E-Business Suite implementation?

The answer to the question is a very clear – YES! And, even more so if you are on an Oracle E-Business Suite release equal to or lower than 11.5.10.2.

Is it time to migrate your Oracle E-Business Suite implementation?

In December 2015, Oracle Extended Support will end. This means that you will not have support for possible incidences, which may result in additional risk
in some key processes for your company like monthly accounting closing.

In addition – and this may be more difficult to manage in the day-to-day operations from an IT point of view – is that there will be more restrictions
about the possible Browsers that the users can use to access Oracle E-Business Suite because new versions may not work with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.
Also there will be limitations in the usage of new releases of Microsoft Office.

Oracle Consulting we can help you make the right decision by assessing your Oracle E-Business Suite strategy. We are experts on different types of
migration assessments and in helping to identify the best decision for your organization. For example, the best option may be to go directly to Oracle ERP
Cloud. This option helps to reduce operational costs. In fact, we are already helping customers analyse the viability of migrating financial processes to
the Cloud and we can help build a business case to justify this decision.

For any of the possible alternatives we have excellent packages and tools, which include a migration to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 package, a
migration to Oracle ERP Cloud package with tools to dramatically reduce the effort of migrating your data and customizations.

If you’d like to consider your options, ask your Consulting Sales Representative about any of these packages. We will listen to you, detail together your
needs, understand your objectives and finally help you to define the best migration strategy.
