Oracle Consulting are excited to introduce Digital Experience (DX), a team delivering the latest in digital innovation to achieve the desired business outcomes for businesses throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

We have a team of around 100 digital experts throughout the EMEA region to provide expert advice and deliver anything from mobile apps to drones with Artificial Intelligence. We help businesses overcome their challenges by providing innovative solutions, using cutting-edge technology, and leveraging Oracle Cloud.

What is DX?

DX is primarily focused on delivering solutions and offerings utilising digital technologies including mobile, web, IoT, Blockchain, Digital Assistants, and Artificial Intelligence. With the help of these technologies, DX offers numerous low-cost solution packages which enable businesses to accelerate innovation. DX also offers bespoke solutions to support the resolution of unique business challenges. User Experience is extremely important and integral to everything DX does – we even design and deliver conversational user experiences for Digital Assistants.

 

DX doesn’t just focus on digital technologies – Oracle Consulting has over 3,000 consultants within the EMEA region focussing on delivering Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), as well as a modern delivery method: the Oracle True Cloud Method (TCM). DX leverages this vast knowledge, experience and methodology to ensure that businesses get the right solution delivered through a professional approach.

 

What makes DX different?

DX Digital Architects are key to customer success and always on hand to ensure that the customer has a clear ‘business to technology’ alignment (which means that everything is explained very clearly to both business and technical stakeholders). We don’t blind business stakeholders with technical jargon. Digital Architects act as the customer’s companion throughout the journey.

The Experience Design Leads are an absolutely fundamental component of DX. These senior consultants have a strong relationship with the business product/solution owner in order to drive high-quality user experiences supporting business needs. They also lead facilitation of UX discovery workshops, user journey mapping, and user adoption etc.

Experience Design and Digital Engineering teams make up the remainder of DX. These consulting teams provide high-quality designers and product/domain expertise plus unmatched delivery capacity.

 

 

The Digital Innovation Platform

Oracle Consulting has vast amounts of experience in delivering innovative solutions to businesses globally. This, in addition to the adoption of the latest tools and techniques and working with the latest Oracle Cloud technology, has enabled us to create the Digital Innovation Platform. This platform provides reusable innovative solution packages, enabling us to quickly identify solutions to meet our customer’s needs and accelerate delivery timescales.

Innovation in a Box offers co-innovation with businesses to rapidly identify the right solution to a business challenge. We work together to define the challenge, define solution ideas, and then build a test solution for validation with the business.

The Conversational Design Experience (CDX) is a brand-new design approach from DX, specifically focused on designing the conversational UX/UI for chatbots and Digital Assistants.

This approach looks at everything from business goals, personas and brand voice to defining conversation flows in detail. CDX includes prototyping to enable businesses to test with key stakeholders.

 

 

Easy Adopt is a new Digital Assistant skill aimed at improving cloud adoption for new users of Oracle's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud, to reduce end-user learning time, accelerate adoption and increase productivity.

In addition to the many adoption tools and practices available from Oracle Consulting for Oracle ERP Cloud, Easy Adopt is a preconfigured Digital Assistant aimed at answering the most frequent questions that we see on similar projects through our extensive
ERP implementation experience.
