"We collect utility services payments for around 4,000 local companies, and 7 million people visit our ranches every month. For years, Oracle has been a strategic provider for Gire, but the curious thing this time was that we have not called Oracle as a technological provider only; we wanted a business, innovation perspective, understanding the need for a product and the reality and needs of consumers.
We were working with BI tools within the company, but the volume of data and the amount of information we handle would require a more solid tool. The main challenge for us was to explain what we wanted to do. We knew that we had a lot of information to be understood so it becomes the data we needed to build different vertical business strategies.
We finally chose Oracle Big Data Cloud Service and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
