The introduction of this new mobile experience has reduced the sales process down from 15 days down to a mere 15 minutes!
The mobile experience contains several key features:
Enables sales representatives to manage accounts, opportunities, quotes, contracts and day-to-day sales activities on their device
Provides offline capability for use remotely in poor network areas
Is enabled for push notifications, device camera, location services, digital signature, maps and payment
Monitors sales progress and sales person management, and analyses sales trends
Prosegur Alarms understands that cloud integration is the key to its worldwide growth strategy. The new mobile sales application provides Prosegur with a modern user experience underpinned by Oracle Cloud, which saves the cost of in-house servers, resources and other equipment. Oracle Cloud has also allowed Prosegur to quickly achieve a stable, reliable, backed-up mobile solution.
Prosegur Alarms has sought support for its innovative journey through engagement with Oracle Consulting (OC). Specifically, OC Digital Experience (DX) has provided Prosegur Alarms with specialists in mobile and web technology to successfully achieve their business outcomes. Working together, Prosegur and Oracle have provided more than 800 sales representatives with an improved user experience, while significantly reducing the duration of the end-to-end sales process. The next stage in the delivery process has already begun, and the app will be rolled out in other countries very soon.
