Moblie Application Framework (MAF) v2.3.0 complies with App Transport Security (ATS) as default

At WWDC 2016 Apple announced that all applications being submitted
to the App Store must comply with App Transport Security (ATS).
ATS enforces that all HTTP-based network requests use HTTPS. Attempts to connect using insecure HTTP connections will be
disallowed entirely.  ATS was introduced with iOS 9 / OS X 10.10. News article about Apple's announcement.

Starting from v2.3.0 MAF complies with ATS by default, but the developer has a deployment option to disable ATS, if desired.  However,
with this announcement Apple will block apps with ATS
disabled
from being submitted to App Store beginning
Jan 1, 2017
.

Impact :

This means that all back-end services used by apps on
App Store should comply with ATS requirements. Some application
teams have been shipping  apps with ATS turned off since their
customer back-ends may not be ATS compliant. Please share this
information with your server teams and even customers to make
sure the back-ends are properly upgraded to conform to these
requirements.
