We update our My Oracle Support (MOS) Notes regularly. How do you find out when a new note is published or an existing one is updated?
There is a new MOS feature -- Hot Topics -- which emails you when notes on your Favorites list are updated.
Here's what to do:
In this example (above), I am requesting a daily email (in Plain Text format) listing any notes on my Favorites list that have been updated since the last email was sent. An email will only be sent if at least one note has changed.
You can also specify products if you want to be notified of updates to any notes in a specific product area.
Although this mechanism does not tell you when new WebCenter Content bugs or patches are published, you can find out by adding the appropriate KM Note as a MOS Favorites and consequently receiving notification emails when they are updated. Here are a couple of examples:

Typically, most support notes are updated to reflect the addition of a new patches or other important links to objects that support a new or modified feature or component.
