In our on going effort to improve user experience by making the Oracle Knowledge Documents and other privilege resources available externally to you, last year we announced that Oracle Knowledge Documents 'HOWTO" and "Problem" types are available to search. Last August, we also announced that you can obtain My Oracle Support Communities (MOSC) discussion results when you perform search in your Internet browsers. Further along this effort, at this time, we are opening up more Oracle Knowledge Documents of other types (Advisor, Announcements, Bulletins, FAQ, Reference, Troubleshooting, etc) and can be searched using available Internet browsers. The process of accessing these newly available Knowledge Documents is same as described in previous announcement. With availability of these new types of thousands of documents, you are empowered to receive results of almost all of the Oracle Knowledge Documents. We are hoping that this will enable you to find answer to any of your Oracle product related questions, issues and provide information that you are seeking out. It should be noted that Oracle Knowledge Documents are world class quality product documents and can provide answer to any of your Oracle products related questions.
