Blogging in Bangkok
By billy.cripe on Aug 12, 2008
I'm in Bangkok, Thailand this week for an Enterprise 2.0 Oracle Sales training event. It is going well and the APAC team is excited about the technology as well as the sales opportunities. We have BEA folks, ECM folks, WebCenter folks and even a Beehive guy hanging out here getting the latest updates about the Oracle Enterprise 2.0 technology and strategy.
What is clear is that there is a lot of experience waiting to be tapped. I and the other product folks here doing the training are consistently queried about whether we can do xyz (YES!) and how to do it (Let us show you!).
The uptake of WebCenter Interaction capabilities (former AquaLogic User Interaction) in and with Universal Content Management (especially WCM) is very exciting.
And, oh yeah, I saw an elephant on the street the other night. Cool!
