Oracle Food and Beverage has packaged up two complimentary learning paths for Oracle MICROS Simphony Point of Sale and Reporting and Analytics to ensure restaurants have the core skills to assess optimal inventory and optimize off-premise point of sale configurations.

Restaurant Analytics Powers Better Inventory and Off-premise Menu Management

As our customers pivot most operations from on- to off-premise, inventory planning is even more critical to mitigate the risk of food waste. We would recommend reviewing restaurant analytics reports on the last six months to determine optimal inventory for your customers and your long-term stability.

Accelerating Restaurant Delivery Services
