In April 2020, the Max Burgers made a swift decision to shift operations to off-premises when restrictions affected the restaurant industry. With an experienced team and a flexible self-ordering solution, MAX was able to pivot from table service to delivery and takeaway almost overnight.
Sibylla currently offers drive-thru options at 36 sites but had not set up online ordering and pick-up. In just weeks, the company went from the idea of expanding online ordering and pick-up, to having all locations live and operational. The project was completed with the help of Oracle Food and Beverage and integration partner Pej.
