Oracle Food and Beverage announces the launch of our new virtual community

The Oracle Food and Beverage customer base represents thousands of brands across hundreds of countries and just keeps growing. From opening new sales channels to diversifying concepts with ghost kitchens and virtual brands, we have one of the most vibrant and innovative customer communities in the industry.

As our community continues to expand at a rapid pace, we believe it’s essential to bring the collective insight, knowledge, technical and business savvy together for continuous networking and engagement. To achieve this objective, we have established an online Community alongside hundreds of Oracle Communities aimed at facilitating and cultivating the collective knowledge of our ecosystem. 

The Oracle Food and Beverage Community officially launched on January 15th, 2021 and features several forums dedicated to helping customers get the most out of their Oracle Food and Beverage investment, resolve non-urgent issues, and ensure they always have access to the latest product updates and innovations.

The Oracle Food and Beverage Community is open to all Oracle customers, partners and prospective customers. Gaining access is simple. You will need an Oracle account to gain access, if you don’t currently have an account you can easily create one here.

In your account profile settings, you can also identify and manage your subscriptions to various Oracle communications to ensure you’re getting the information you need and minimizing any content delivery that’s not relevant to you. 

Once you login you will see we have a few different areas for engagement. The Resolve forum is intended to serve as a key area for customers looking for quick resolution to non-urgent issues or in lieu of a service request.

We currently have four categories open for questions and discussion including Oracle MICROS Simphony, Oracle MICROS Reporting & Analytics, Oracle MICROS RES 3700, and Other Food & Beverage Discussions which is designed for topics that don’t neatly sit within the three preceding discussion areas. 

The Learn component provides one-stop shopping for educational resources like learning paths on Oracle MICROS Simphony, Reporting and Analytics, and a robust library of short, sharp how-to videos for front-of-house team members. The Stay Current forum will serve as your go-to location for all things related to new product announcements and supporting documentation.
