This week a new version of the My Oracle Support HTML interface (http://supporthtml.oracle.com) has been released.
The HTML interface has always been there, available as an alternative to the Flash based one, but it has now been rewritten and revamped. In a few months from now, we are expecting the flash based interface to be decommissioned and all will use the HTML interface. But you don't have to wait until then. Consider moving over to the HTML interface, or at least take some time out to explore it.
If you want to know more, the following support document is a good place to start
The New My Oracle Support User Interface [ID 1385682.1]
The support document contains links to a number of videos. If you are short of time, watching these two will give you enough of a flavour.
Improving Your Oracle Support Experience
Length: 2 minutes 51 seconds
My Oracle Support - Basic Overview
Length: 5 minutes 5 seconds
In addition, there is a short video which describes how to perform a more effective quick search. By default, the quick search in the top right hand corner searches the knowledge base. But did you know that you can actually extend or change the search to include sources such as Support Communities, Product Documentation, Bug Database. See screenshot below:

The video which shows the Quick Search options in action is linked off "The New My Oracle Support User Interface [ID 1385682.1]". The video is not as "smooth / slick" as the ones above, but it's only 3 and half minutes long and sufficient to give a heads up. Alternatively, just take note of the screenshot above, and explore the Quick Search options the next time you are searching for a solution in My Oracle Support.
