Turk Telekom consolidated different silos—storage, servers, networks, and layers—into an integrated private cloud platform, and implemented Maximum Availability Architecture guidelines for Siebel CRM to free IT specialists for strategic tasks such as tuning often-used queries, including customer creation and customer update.
