Exadata System Software Updates - October 2021

Exadata System Software Update 21.2.5.0.0
Exadata System Software 21.2.5.0.0 Update is now generally available. 21.2.5.0.0 is a maintenance release that adds critical bug fixes and security fixes on top of 21.2.X releases. It contains the following:
- Exadata Software updates for important bugs discovered after 21.2.4.0.0 was released in September 2021
- Latest Ksplice Uptrack Updates for Oracle Linux 7 and Oracle Linux 6 with critical fixes and security updates
- Support additional disk drive model for 8TB, 10TB, and 14TB drives
- Latest JDK package update

Exadata System Software 20.1.15.0.0
Exadata System Software 20.1.15.0.0 Update is now generally available. 20.1.15.0.0 is a maintenance release that adds critical bug fixes and security fixes on top of 20.1.X releases. It contains the following:
- Exadata Software updates for important bugs discovered after 20.1.14.0.0 was released in September 2021
- Latest Ksplice Uptrack Updates for Oracle Linux 7 and Oracle Linux 6 with critical and security updates
- Support additional disk drive model for 8TB, 10TB, and 14TB drives
- Latest JDK package update
Customers using Exadata X8M should update to Exadata System Software 20.1.x.0.0.
Note: Starting 20.1.x.0.0 release, the Storage and Database Server ISO/PXE image files are available only on edelivery/OSDC:
- Part V1017421-01 - Storage cell ISO/PXE image (20.1.15.0.0.211013)
- Part V1017420-01 - Database Server ISO/PXE image (20.1.15.0.0.211013)
