Updates From The AutoVue Support Team - Delivered Straight to Your (Email) Door!

The My Oracle Support (MOS) portal is admittedly a massive pool of information, and if you're one of the portal users at your company, it's crucial that you go through the training and other resources listed in the "Getting Started" section of the portal's dashboard. A couple of my previous blog posts have provided useful tips for understanding the Support processes and for finding AutoVue- and VueLink-related information in the portal.
But being an ace within the MOS portal isn't always enough. Beyond the portal, one of your best avenues for keeping up-to-date with the latest Support alerts and news for the AutoVue Enterprise Visualization product family is our newsletter. The AutoVue Support newsletter is published around every 2 months as a KM Note as well as through a mailing list, and includes such topics as:
- Product release announcements
- Important KM Notes and new alerts
- Explanations of how to solve specific product issues or configure specific features
- Announcements of upcoming events
- Customer success stories
- and more

Currently we're making some changes to our newsletter format, so the next edition might be slightly delayed from our regular schedule. Nevertheless you can rest assured we'll be continuing to deliver news from our Support team to customers and partners, as it packages some of the most useful information and gets it directly to you so that you don't have to search for it through the portal.
