We will be experiencing an internal system downtime from Wednesday, October 16 at 6pm PT until Monday, October 21 at 8:00am PT, which will have an impact on the Oracle Partner Store and XML ordering, deal registrations, the OPN Solutions Catalog, and the OPN Competency Center.
You will experience delays in receiving deal registration approval. Normal service levels will resume as soon as possible. Please ensure you have submitted any urgent deal registrations prior to Tuesday, October 15 at 6pm PT to allow for processing before system downtime.
During this downtime, the Oracle Partner Store and XML will not be conducting the pre-placement resell rights validation. All validations will be done post-submission.
Partner Store Carts
The Opportunity ID field in the Oracle Partner Store will not be validated during this downtime. This field will still be updatable, but all validations will be done post order placement.
These tools will be available, but any data additions or modifications will not be reflected until the data synchronization is completed, which may not occur until Monday, October 28.
