Support Question? Immediate response!

In the support case, it usually has to go fast - as it is well if you have already resolved fundamental questions in advance. For all partners who wish to learn more about support topics, about the use of the SI number, about My Oracle Support, the exact sequence of support processes and service request edits or simply about the Oracle Support Portfolio, it is advisable to visit the Oracle Partner Days. There Oracle Support in the exhibition area is represented with an information booth! Our team will be there individually on general and very specific questions, such as:

OPN Speed Meeting Tool @ Partner Day Sweden

We welcome you to the Partner Day of the Year in Sweden on January 30th at Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Kungsholmen, in Stockholm. For more information and registration, click here.

We are happy to inform you that the The Oracle Partner Network 2013 – Speed meeting tool is now up and running. You can sign up into the system here.

We highly encourage you to upload a profile picture. This way it is easier for your Oracle contacts to book meetings and for you to find each other onsite.

Please feel free to book meetings with your relevant Oracle contacts. We have set one hour and 15 minutes aside in the agenda for Speed Meeting, so you will not be missing part of the program. Once a meeting has been confirmed (for a meeting to be booked, the receiver of the booking must confirm), you will be able to add it to your Outlook calendar.Please be aware that your meeting invitations from others unfortunately could end up in your company SPAM filter by mistake. If this is the case, please check your mail regularly.

To your benefit we have split up the different meeting topics and placed them into meetings zones onsite (with the same name as the topics). That’s why we are asking you to choose a meeting topic when you do your booking. Please pay attention to which meeting zone(s) your meetings will be in. You will be informed about this in your confirmation of the booking.

Should you be unsure about which zone to go to, you are always welcome to ask at the Information desk onsite.
