I’m very happy to announce that we have created two pan-EMEA teams that will focus on Oracle’s cloud platform and software-as-a service products, and on engineered systems for private cloud.
Partners play a continuing and crucial role in guiding customers in their journey to the cloud, particularly as a large proportion of customers are expected to opt for hybrid cloud solutions.
Our customers face the business challenges presented by digital transformation, and cloud is part of the solution. Their success could be largely determined by the speed at which they can respond to that challenge, grasp the potential of cloud and implement. In addition, the decision to adopt a cloud technology no longer rests solely with the CIO. CEOs are fully aware of the impact that the cloud will have on their business to enable them to make decisions quickly to reduce risks and accelerate time to benefit.
Our customers’ appetite to consume IT on the cloud is growing rapidly, and our partner eco-system possesses the proximity to customers and the insight into their business, both of which are key to mapping the customers’ cloud journey and helping them manage risk, simplify the operating environment and reduce time to value.
We in the Alliances & Channels organization have evolved to bring increased pace and purpose in working through our partners with the customer community, to make the Oracle Cloud proposition coupled with partner value particularly compelling to the CEO, CIO and the wider customer organization.
