What is included in the December 22nd Partner Pricing and Business Practices Update?

  • Pricing and Licensing Topics

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in a partner's distribution agreement, any existing valid quotes issued by partners to end users, prior to December 1, 2011, that are impacted by any of the December 22, 2011 pricing and licensing changes remain valid, and orders placed by partners pursuant to those quotes will be honored through February 29, 2012. Partner quotes issued to end users on or after December 1, 2011 are subject to the terms of the partner's distribution agreement.
