Two Oracle Service Cloud customers recognized in Constellation SuperNova Awards

The City of Fort Wayne and Carbon, Inc., two top Oracle Service Cloud customers, were recognized by Constellation Research as industry leaders in service.

Both organizations were finalists in Constellation’s Annual SuperNova Awards Program. The City of Fort Wayne walked away as the 2017 winner for ‘Next Generation Customer Experience’ and Carbon, Inc. was a finalist for ‘Internet of Things (IoT).’

Both of these organizations were identified as forward-thinking leaders for their implementation of emerging technologies, transforming their organizations, and disrupting their industries.

This is the third year Service Cloud Customers have come out on top.
