In this We Are The City article, Bhavana answers questions about her amazing destiny, starting with no other horizon than a becoming a resource less house wife trapped in a forced marriage, later having to accept odd jobs in order to avoid drinking India's tap water, finally taking a training as a simple Siebel consultant (lucky her!) which will eventually take her to the position of ITC Infotech Vice-President, managing a practice that is aiming to reach 100M$ in the next 3 years!
Not only Bhavana's life should be inspirational to all of us (women and men), but her vision on CX ("... the whole concept of customer experience is related to the human psychology and consumer behavior") is very close to what I have experienced so far and to what has made the System Integrators who also get to that point amazingly successful.
