At Modern Customer Experience in April 2017, we unveiled Smarter CX, our approach to partnering with our customers on their business transformation initiatives. As the pace of technology innovation accelerates (e.g., AI, Chatbots, Internet of Things) and these technologies are utilized to deliver better customer experiences, our customers are looking to Oracle to help them innovate faster to retain and grow their customer bases.

Smarter CX centers on three key areas throughout the customer journey: connected customer data, connected omni-channel experiences, and connected customer understanding or intelligence.
