Oracle Sales Cloud and Promatis (D) are behind the 31% revenue bump at Global Drinks

Global Drinks Partnership, founded in
2009, is an importer/exporter and distributor of premium beverages. The
company started small, but expanded quickly. The creation of two
discrete sales teams and expansion of the product portfolio meant it
could no longer manage sales processes with spreadsheets, Dropbox, and
manual processes.

Since implementing Oracle Sales Cloud with the help of our partner Promatis,
the company has increased revenue by 31%. Within sales teams, call
volume has increased 2X, its cross-sell rate is up 3X, and sales reps
are very happy that they have cut their sales administration time in
half. Key features for Global Drinks include mobile, the intuitive UI,
and white space analysis of existing customers—a key to the significant
increase in cross-sales.
