In its recent “Critical Capabilities for Sales Force Automation 2018” report, Gartner is rating Oracle Sales Cloud as a solid #2 vendor – just behind the established market leader – in all Sales Force Automation capabilities.

Some of the key distinctions for Oracle include strong abilities in account and contact management, opportunity management, activity management, integration and platform, as well as in Mobile.
