Nucleus Research published their updated CRM Technology Value Matrix – First Half 2012.  The Value Matrix evaluates CRM vendors on functionality and usability which they consider the core indicators in an application’s ability to deliver initial ROI and value over time.  Nucleus Research has improved their methodology based on our feedback incorporating vendor product briefings and customer references.

Oracle Fusion CRM rated in the Leaders quadrant and scored the highest for “Functionality”. Oracle Siebel CRM and Oracle CRM On Demand are in the Experts quadrant. RightNow is in Facilitators quadrant.
