Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) is a Leader

OFSC's ability to predict travel and work durations has resulted in on-time arrivals in excess of 95% for many customers (according to Oracle). Reference customers reported that it is simple to implement and understand the core functionality of OFSC” wrote Gartner in a 2017 report on Field Service Management solution vendors.

According to Gartner, Oracle OFSC is a Leader on the basis of its scalability, depth of schedule optimization capabilities and broad geographical coverage, both directly and through partners.
