As an Oracle partner active in CX, mobile and PaaS, you are invited to join the Oracle Intelligent Bots training. The 2-day session will be run by Oracle Mobile Product Management. You will learn how to create custom chatbots, how to design conversations, how to develop and add custom logic, connect to backend systems through Mobile Cloud and how to make your chatbot available from Facebook and other messaging clients.

You will also get an insight into new features of the platform including handoff to a human agent, translating bots into different languages, instant apps and handling FAQs.
