New Enhancement Request process for Oracle Engagement Cloud

Oracle Engagement Cloud is transferring the Enhancement Request (ER) process from My Oracle Support to Cloud Customer Connect's Idea Labs.  This move is part of our ongoing initiative to continuously improve the customer experience and transparency of the enhancement request process and delivery. Click here for more information on the Idea Labs.

The Idea Labs are centralized feedback forums designed to encourage collaboration and creative thinking.  Here, Engagement Cloud customers can work together on solutions, submit their ideas, and vote for their favorites.  They can also see which new ideas are being implemented as part of Oracle's product roadmap.

The target date for this change is April 1, 2019, and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Idea Labs well in advance of this timing.

Please note that beginning April 1, 2019 enhancement requests can no longer be submitted through My Oracle Support for Oracle Engagement Cloud.
