(Karlsruhe/Munich [01/09/2014]): After 18 months of successful, high-growth collaboration, ec4u expert consulting ag (“ec4u”) and DemandGen AG (“DemandGen Europe”) today announced an expansion of their partnership by ec4u founders personally making a strategic investment in DemandGen Europe.

DemandGen Europe will continue to operate independently. ec4u’s board member, Jens Rehwinkel, is expected to join DemandGen Europe’s board to oversee HR and Finance alongside the current executive team headed up by Erwin Arnold (COO) and Reinhard Janning (CEO).

Through this strategic partnership, both enterprises will provide integrated service offerings to meet the ever growing demand for sales, marketing, and service cloud consulting and professional services.
