CX Hackathon OpenWorld 2017 with Cap Gemini

Customers are invited to join a two-day "Hack a Smarter Customer Experience" hackathon event on September 29-30, 2017 at the Capgemini Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) in San Francisco.

This technical challenge will consist of showcasing a unique use case which utilizes an Oracle Customer Experience SaaS technology and an innovative Oracle PaaS component like IoT, AI or Big Data.

A successful solution will be one that allows customers to achieve one or more of the following:

  • Create personalized, seamless experiences across the customer lifecycle
  • Speed time to value with solutions tailored for your company needs
  • Free up more IT cycles for generating business value
  • Increase business agility and empowerment for line of business
  • Create leading customer experiences incorporating data, chatbots, IoT and AI
  • Extend customer experience delivery via open ISV ecosystem
