CRM on Demand Marketing (ODM) Training for Partners - Munich - Dec 14-16th, 2011

We are pleased to inform you that we will be conducting a CRM on Demand Marketing (ODM) training workshop for EMEA Partners on December 14th - 16th in Munich (Germany).

This 2.5-day Instructor lead course will be focusing on preparing Oracle CRM on Demand Practitioners and Clients to implement and operationalize ODM. The course will be consisting of 2 main tracks:

  • Marketing User
  • Product Specialist

OPN EnablementWe are pleased to announce the new Oracle CRM On Demand Implementation Boot Camp, a four day instructor led workshop to jump start your skills by providing hands-on foundational experience on CRM on Demand

This Boot Camp examines the fundamental concepts of Oracle CRM On Demand administrative functionality. It defines the role of the company administrator and includes instruction on administrator tasks. Through a series of hands-on lab exercises, participants learn how to set up, customize, and administer Oracle CRM On Demand for a company.
