Comments:

I started as a CRM consultant in 2007 and from day 1 I used Siebel Essentials and Alex's advice to learn and sort out many problems. It was his example that made me create "Doctor CX" (my blog focused on Oracle RightNow) to share my experiences and knowledge on another Oracle product.

Hi Alex,

After upgrading the siebel environment to 8.1.1.11 open ui version, we are validating the workflows in the newly enabled siebel repository(8.1.1.11). We are facing an issue saying subprocess is using a wf which is not of type service flow and we cannot invoke service flow from non service.

We checked both the subprocess wf and the parent wf both the wf modes are of type service flow only.

Please help us with this issue.

Regards,
Siva
