On April 22 and 23, 2014 the Oracle Partner Network will be hosting a special two-day summit for all of our valued Customer Experience partners at the Oracle Conference Center in Redwood Shores, CA.

The Oracle Customer Experience Partner Summit will feature sessions that will offer you key insights into the entire portfolio of Oracle Customer Experience Products and Solutions spanning across the full customer experience lifecycle.

The sessions will take you through each stage of the customer experience lifecycle, and present the opportunities for Oracle Customer Experience Products and Solutions ideally suited to support key customer Customer Experience strategies and objectives at every phase.

Oracle University has recently released the following 3 Oracle Sales Cloud courses; all are relevant for any customers using Fusion Applications through Release 11.1.7

Oracle Sales Cloud Implementation (5 days)

This course covers mandatory tasks that need to be performed once the system has been installed and provisioned for your use. It also explores some common administration and configuration tasks.

Oracle Sales Cloud Extensibility (4 days)

This training deep dives into extensibility tasks. Expert Oracle University instructors will teach you how to successfully customize existing objects, create new objects, modify business logic, customize page layouts, work with approval processes and create custom reporting subject areas.

Oracle Sales Cloud: Incentive Compensation (5 days)

This course provides you with the knowledge and skills required to effectively implement, configure and use Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation. Through lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, you'll deep dive into a variety of topics with expert Oracle instructors.

These trainings are also available as Live Virtual Classes so that you can save on travelling and time away from home
