We are confirming a 3-day functional training workshop on Fusion Incentive Compensation, to be held at the Oracle office in Dubai, 25-27 February.
This will include an introduction to the Sales Performance Management suite comprising Fusion Quota Management and Fusion Territory Management. The target audience is Sales Consultants, Partners, Implementation Consulting Managers and Consulting Sales as well as customer project teams.
This is a basic deep dive where we’ll provide an SPM overview, drill into TM and QM (including an intro to ESSBASE), and a comprehensive breakdown of the building blocks of Incentive Compensation. The course will include lecture and hands-on labs. The expectation from this class is that attendees will be able to answer RFI's/RFP's, deliver standard overview demos, and be able to talk about the SPM suite business benefits and structure.
Implementers will gain an understanding of key project tasks in the Fusion / SaaS world as well as key solution decision points in implementing SPM. The course will highlight differences to OIC and new functionality and features in Fusion Incentive Compensation. Implementation consultants who already know OIC well will find the course a good transition to Fusion.
