Extracting Useful Information From Human Language Text

Digital Reasoning announced that its cognitive computing platform, Synthesys, has achieved Oracle Big Data Appliance Optimized status through the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). Digital Reasoning was also a sponsor of the Business Analytics Summit in London (11 Feb 2015). Read the Press Release here.

In the field of big data and natural language, extracting useful information from any piece of human language is a challenging problem. Sentences must be parsed, entities identified, and relationships must be modeled. Digital Reasoning Synthesys semantic analysis software on Oracle Big Data Appliance can extract and resolve billions of entities, facts and relationships from millions of pieces of human language text. This enriched semantic analysis can then be visualised and further analysed and combined with enterprise and other data sources with Oracle tools such as Big Data Discovery and Endeca Discovery.

“With the X5 generation of Oracle’s Big Data Appliance, we now believe Oracle and Digital Reasoning deliver the most cost-effective cognitive computing platform on the market for customers who demand that sensitive electronic communications data gets analyzed....”
