Based on customer feedback, we continue to release updates to core EBS 12.2 components. The latest such updates consist of a set of critical patches that significantly improve the performance of connection handling, principally resolving issues where connections might not be correctly released for return to the data source connection pool.
There are two patches for Release 12.2.3, and three for Release 12.2.4. We strongly advise all 12.2.3 and 12.2.4 customers to apply the respective patches.
