Can Cloud Manager use an On premise DR(both app and db) as a source for lift and shift? The idea is to keep on premise Primary Functioning and parallely do lift and shift from DR.

Cloud Manager cannot use an on-premises DR as a source for the lift and shift, because of the rman requirement that the database is open.
