We are pleased to announce availability of the latest release, 18.3.1.1, of our EBS cloud automation for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Some updates of particular interest are highlighted below.
All customers running EBS on OCI are encouraged to obtain the release and take advantage of the enhancements and bug fixes included.

EBS Cloud Automation for OCI Updates
This significant new release of the EBS Cloud Automation includes the following new or enhanced features:
- Support for 2-Node VM DB System (Oracle RAC) - Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager now allows you to choose this new platform when you use Advanced Provisioning, whether you are provisioning a new environment or provisioning an environment from a backup as part of a lift and shift.
- Support for Enterprise Edition for a 1-Node VM DB System (Single Instance) - Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager now allows you to choose Enterprise Edition when you use Advanced Provisioning to provision a new environment or provision an environment from backup as part of a lift and shift. The manual post-configuration steps needed in previous releases are no longer required.
- Backup Deletion Capability - Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager now allows you to delete Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Object Storage service backups that were created using the Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Backup Module.
- UI Enhancements - In the Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager UI, Simplified Provisioning is now called One-Click Provisioning. Minor UI improvements have also been made.
- Administration Tasks - New scripts allow for the following administration tasks to be performed at any time after the initial Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager setup:
- Use a Different Load Balancer
- Update the Load Balancer URL
- Update the IDCS Configuration
In addition, various important bug fixes have been incorporated.
Obtaining Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager
To obtain the tool and install it for the first time, follow the instructions in Deploying Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Doc ID 2434500.1).
To update Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager to the latest version, 18.3.1.1, follow the instructions in Section 2: Updating Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager to the Latest Version in the document Managing the Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager Virtual Machine (Doc ID 2434008.1).

The tool is available in e-delivery, in an "Oracle E-Business Suite on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Automation Archive 18.3.1" under the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.8 distribution.
You can deploy 18.3.1 and run self-update to go to 18.3.1.1.
The best way to proceed is to follow the detailed instructions in "Deploying Oracle E-Business Suite Cloud Manager on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure" (Doc ID 2434500.1).

Where do I log SRs for EBUSINESS cloud manager issues?
Was trying to provision an Ebusiness instance but am not getting any drop down choices from the windows.
